Responsibility for Custom Visuals

1. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for the images, logos, texts, or any other graphic elements they upload as part of the customization of their product.
By validating their order, they confirm that they have all the necessary rights to use, reproduce, and exploit these visuals.

2. Inappropriate content

We disclaim all responsibility in the case of visuals:

• offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory in nature,

• inciting hatred, violence, or contrary to public order,

• containing sexual, obscene, or inappropriate images,

• that undermines human dignity.

Any order containing such visuals may be canceled without refund.

3. Copyright and intellectual property

Clients agree not to use content protected by copyright, trademarks, or any other intellectual property belonging to third parties, unless they have written permission.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of fraudulent or unauthorized use of such visuals.

4. Verification and order refusal

We reserve the right to verify the submitted visuals and to cancel any order that does not comply with these rules.
In this case, no refund will be made and the responsibility will rest solely with the client.

5. Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances shall our company be held liable:

• of the quality, resolution, or rendering of visuals provided by the client,

• of customization errors resulting from elements provided by the client,

• of the legal consequences related to the use of downloaded visuals.
